Moneyball: The AI Art of Winning the Unfair Mindset Game
Moneyball: The Art of Winning an Unfair Game” and my work both share a common goal: using innovative approaches to build winning teams. While Billy Beane used statistical analysis to identify undervalued players, I use remote capabilities to measure the mindset of people and build better teams.
Like Beane, I am challenging traditional thinking and revolutionizing the way teams evaluate and value people. Some of your best people are women and minorities that don’t get into position in time to help the company. Other times you see people that didn’t go to the right school, don’t have the right bits and pieces in their résumé to pass through your system.
Beane found that traditional baseball measures like batting average or speed did not accurately reflect a player’s true value, and I have found that traditional hiring and team-building approaches may not accurately reflect a person’s mindset. If it did please tell me why so many narcissist, obstructionist, passive aggressive, machiavellian, sociopaths, psychopaths, dictators, over disciplined thinkers in the wrong seats, overtly opportunist, wrong dimension of empathy combined with opportunity thinking, missing systems thinkers are working at companies and making people miserable?
By measuring the mindset of individuals, you can identify undervalued team members who may have been overlooked using traditional methods. Just as Beane built a competitive team on a limited budget, you can build a competitive team by identifying and leveraging the unique mindset of each team member.
Both Moneyball and my work highlight the importance of innovation in building successful teams. By challenging traditional approaches and embracing new ideas, you can create winning teams that achieve success even in the face of limited resources or challenging circumstances.
In conclusion, while “Moneyball” focuses on the world of baseball, the lessons it offers are applicable to many areas of life, including team building in the business world. My work shares the same spirit of innovation and unconventional thinking, using remote capabilities to measure mindset and build winning teams. Learning from the lessons of “Moneyball” and embracing new ideas, you can create winning teams that achieve success and stand the test of time.
I welcome a chance to help purpose driven companies win.
