How It Works

1. We explore your existing (or known) A+ employees & customers.

You supply at least 10 names of your perceived A+ as well as your F- to measure the differential. We gather the necessary data remotely and unnoticed, then run it through our supercomputer to measure invisible qualities (e.g., hard & soft skills, seven mindsets, five dysfunctions, and about 40 different personality traits) then quantify who your best people are. We can produce dossiers of teams, companies, and individuals. In essence, we are creating specifications on what defines A+, and we hold ourselves responsible to those specifications. 

2. We assess your product or service through your public-facing sales material.

This is where Jobs to Be Done theory comes into play, or Clayton Christensen’s famous example of the milkshake solving a breakfast problem for commuters. We assess all of your existing sales materials to decipher what problem your product solves and if it aligns with the needs of your A+ customer. We then examine the language to see if it appeals to your A+ customer’s specific and unique psychological mindset. And finally, we evaluate whether your product or service features meet the needs of your true customers. 

3. We complete a series of short interviews about your passion.

Using the Japanese method of Ikigai, which means “a reason for being” or “life worth,” we help you decipher your sense of purpose—the driving motivation behind your business. Unlike branding questionnaires, here we are integrating A+ customer needs and product output (the result, or what your product does) into this process. Prepare to answer pointed questions over casual calls. Your responses will then be run through our proprietary software which utilizes Artificial Intelligence to organize the patterns, trends, and motivations underlying your passion. From there, it produces material that highlights your brand purpose. 

4. We create A+ Future lists, encapsulating A+ customers, employees, and vendors, ranked using our Functional & Psychological Scorecard.

Now that we know who your customers are, how your product serves their needs, and what your brand purpose should be for product-market fit, we collaborate with you to find the best people for growth. To assist in this, we generate a Scorecard that helps you evaluate new recruits, leads, and vendors with a newfound clarity. No more guessing games. Make decisions based on certainty, using the aforementioned insights to turn down the noise. For example, imagine you just walked into a room with 100 people. We help you find the five people there who are your A+ almost instantly. 

5. We create a large language model based on A+ psychology.

Our specialty is remote mindset psychology, blended with decades of experience building search engine algorithms. We use this background to create a large language model specific to your A+. This is the equivalent of putting thousands of your A+ think-alike future customers in one room, without all the noise. We remotely harvest the language used by all of your A+, summarize their needs, and further clarify their psychological profile. Once this model is created, you then become capable of communicating with your A+ customer in language they use themselves. And finally, utilizing Artificial Intelligence programmed with this model, you can ask questions to guide your decision making. Think of it as a custom Magic 8 ball that actually tells the truth. 

6. We assist in generating new brand & marketing materials.

Using our Magic 8 ball, we can scan your existing marketing materials to see how well they align with your A+. From there, we can use our large language model to rewrite all of your materials, trading industry jargon for words that actually resonate with your customers. The first iteration can guide your marketing teams in producing more effective materials, or if need be, we can fine-tune your messaging with our in-house copywriter.
